Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup white sugar

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, strawberries, ice, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
If the strawberries you are using aren't very sweet, you may need to add more sugar to taste. Frozen strawberries should be slightly thawed before use; It helps tremendously if you have a blender that can crush ice - this will make the lassi very smooth and prevent ice pieces or chunks in your drink.
